First time going to india?

in 2 weeks im goin to india for the first time w/ my parents and brother. i'm not seeing any family there, mainly just seeing places.. also seeing wehre my parents grew up and stuff like that. what should i expect. any advice or anythign would be really helpful

Hi welcome to India. u can visit either north i.e., Manali, Kashmir, darjelling leh & laddakh, Rohtang pass or down south for beaches like port blair, Kerala, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.I bet u will fall in love with India, its pure heaven

you have not mentioned where in india you are going. India is a huge country with a very diverse culture

keep ur money in 3-4 spots, if u get picpocketed at least u'll have money to buy ticket for home

it'll be a major difference. when you first enter all you see is poverty, pollution, unsanitation etc...
