mom mom makes the best fish cakes i can give you the recipe if you vote this the best answer

1/2 lb boneless cod fish bolied and drained      1/2 half of red pepper green pepper optional

1 of both scallion and thyme

1 medium onion

1 lb flour

1cup and half of milk

3 tsp baking powder

cut up onion peppers scallion and thyme

mince the fish

mix up all the ingredient together in one  big bowl

and put in oil by spoonfuluntil brown

TAKE THIS TO YOUR GRAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmm... fishcake is easy to find even in supermarket, its also available in wet market too. so enjoy.
