Fishnets on a 13 year old?

Do you think it's alright to wear coloured tights under black fishnets? Because i really like how it looks but i don't want to look to exposed. Please help me out! Thanks.

if you're going to wear leggings or tights underneath, it's cool

but don't just wear fishnets, that's ugly

Perfectly fine just don't wear the fishnets by themselves.
