  1. drink some water tonight and tomorrow morning

try not to eat anything within an hour until you run the mile

  2. Yes, it is true you do not want to eat anything before your race, however, eating "carbs" the night before will not help you for a 1 mile run.  Your body has more than enough energy stored to run 1 mile.  Carbo loading truly only works when you are exercising for more than 90 minutes and is mainly used for marathons.

Make sure you are well hydrated but don't drink too much immediately before your run.

Make sure you don't start the mile too fast and don't panic.  You want to strive for an even pace throughout the mile.  Most world records are broken when the runner has even or negative splits along the course.

  3. right now i would say if it not to late at night eat alot of bread, water or anthing with carbs to give u energy wen it like 1 hour before ur race dont drink or eat anthing so u dont cramp or get sik good luk

  4. we are the same... all i can say is that when you are running close your mouth and try not to open it and remember to drink a lot of water but don't eat a lot of food...
