Question:

Flat stomache excersize?

I am 12 years old. I have a stomache that I don't want. It was flat this morning until I ate. I am not looking for a 'Well your 12, you'll grow into it' comment. I have heard that line too many times.

I want a flat stomache.

Tomorrow is school

And within a week or two I would like my belly to shrink.

Help?!

  1. well what i do is at night before i go to bed i do 2 sets of 20 crunches..so thats about 4 crunches..but instead of regular crunches put ur hands on the back of ur head and when u go up to do a situp lift ur opposite leg.

    and also u have to run! u will get MUCH faster results if u do cardio as well as crunches


  2. an  excellent  exercise,  you  can do it in front of your TV: sit on a

    stool,  and  put  your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,

    for  example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure

    that  it  is  not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you

    will  damage  your  back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your

    body  back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and

    move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add

    to  the  number  of  repetitions.  You will see the results in a week,

    guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six

    pack  and  muscles.  Dumbbells  do  wonders.  Much  better  than these crunches  -  I  came  up to three hundreds and there was no results AT

    ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

  3. I'm afraid there is no healthy way to have a flat stomach that quickly, it'll take time. Just do sit-ups every day; start with just five and work your way up to more (although you are only twelve and really, really shouldn't worry too much).

    Make sure you eat healthily, as much as you need (don't give yourself an eating disorder) and maybe take up a sport to tone up. Good luck!
