Floatie in swimming pool?

Question

I've been trying to find one: It's like a noodle(the pool toy) in a circle with a net in it. There's no air in it. It's just a noodle with a net attached.

Does anyone know where I could find one?

One of my first saves as a lifeguard was a kid who flipped upside down in one of these.  A better idea is a life jacket because it better replicates the bodies center of gravity in the water and help the child learn to swim quicker.  It seems obvious, except to the parent of the kid I pulled from the pool, but always watch your kid, even if they are being assisted in the water.
