  1. Neither nor at the moment.. because the storms tend to do such unpredictable things almost until they hit, and we're pretty well prepared (I think), living in an apartment, and inland .  I remember how Hurricane Frances looked like the horrible immense blob of Cat.5 that would take over Florida.. and we ran.. but the storm was minimal compared to Charley.  Too soon to say yet.

  2. Neither - I am just taking a wait and see approach to the storm.  Hurricanes and tropical storms do strange things, and they have been known to move in different directions at the last minute.  Also, I live in central Lake County, which is far enough inland that the main effects of a storm are effectively mitigated.

  3. Use to it, went through 2004 -05 plenty of Hurricane excitement!

  4. Well, it's my first Florida hurricane, so I am a little excited, just to say that I went through one! :) But a little nervous too, because I don't know how bad it will be!

  5. Excited because I like hurricanes. That Garbage song "I'm only happy when it rains" is my theme song. So many people are over reacting to this Fay. She is still only a tropical storm she may or may no upgrade to a 1 or maybe 2. I have seen so many people comparing this to Katrina.. what a joke.. I guess I just know how to handle these things, I've lived in Florida all my life, and hurricanes just come with the territory.

  6. excited. I love tropical storms. If you like rainy days, you've gotta like tropical storms. Thats all they are, a lot of rain and some wind. Its fun....although, always good to be prepared with water and flashlights too..

  7. Im usually excited, just too see what it is like. Im just scare of what happened in Louisiana

  8. I love hurricanes ~
