Foaming hand soap from scratch?

Question

Does anyone know how to make foaming hand soap from raw materials? I have a bunch of materials from making bath bombs/bubble bars and think I have just about everything I need from looking at the ingredient list on a bottle of Bath & Body Works.

If nobody knows, guess I'll just experiement!

I'm not interested in doing my own refills from regular liquid soap, so please no answers about diluting regular liquid hand soap.

go for it! experimenting is more fun any way!

my only advice is keep notes and make very small experimental batches - I now wash my patio furniture with a too large batch of failure.
