Foo Fighters Milwaukee 29th?

If I have Foo Fighters tickets for the show in Milwaukee on the 29th, does that get me automatic admission to the Harley 105th celebration since it's all tied in together?

Or will I get charged to get in the park (summerfest grounds) also?

You should be able to get in the park with the concert ticket.  I'm seeing them with ZZ Top and it's one ticket for the whole day.
