Food Processor Mod. # FP1445

Question

Just bought my first food processor. It is your Mod. FP1445. I have it loaded and ready to chop, but, when I pulse contents come flying out of the chute. I can't figure out how to block the chute. Please help. I could not find the right category in your choose a category. So I went with microwave as in small appliance.
