  1. I have the same problem. The only kind  of meat I really like is chicken and SOMETIMES steak and my mom and my doctor said I need more iron rich foods.

    Here are some:

    Raisons

    Eggs

    Leafy vegatables

    Whole grains

    Sorry. That's all I've got :]

  2. SPINACH OR ANY DARK GREEN LEAFY VEGGIES, HAZELNUTS,ALMONDS ,SOYBEANS, CASHEWS, LENTILS, SARDINES(YUCK) WHEAT,OAT BRAN AND BRAN CEREALS MOST ALL HEALTHY CEREALS ALSO BLACK BEANS CHICKPEAS AND WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

  3. Broccoli,Spinach, all lentils, green Cabbage,Baked beans,Kale, Kidney beans (nice for a veg chilli con carne) water melon, Pomegranates and Runner beans, I hope it heps you : )

  4. If you are not eating meat, then spinach is the next best thing. Bok choy is also very high, along with broccoli ...tomoatoes and tofu can also be a good way to increase your iron levels...

  5. Try this website :)

  6. Spinach and Liver.

  7. thick leafy greens such as kale, mustards greens, collard greens, swiss chard, spinach. DONT FORGET RED MEAT. brocolli and pineapple. if you like liver it can taste kinda slimy and gross but it has a **** load of iron. but then again it does have the second most choloesterol of any organ meat so you might avoid it.

  8. take a multi vitamin with iron

  9. spinach, liver,

  10. SPINACH, and lots of it.  Have spinach in your salad every night;  use it with lettuce in sandwiches - have cooked spinach with dinner

  11. spinach, strawberries, asparagus, lima beans, kidney beans, tofu, brussel sprouts, nuts, parsley, egg yolks, meat and fish (i know you gave those up),

  12. try cooking your meals in a cast-iron skillet

  13. Watermelon is a good source of iron.  Be sure to couple it with cantaloupe because Vitamin C helps the iron absorb better.

  14. beans, including kidney, lima, navy, black, pinto, soy beans, and lentils

iron fortified whole grains, including cereals, breads, rice, and pasta

greens, including collard greens, kale, mustard greens, spinach, and turnip greens
