Football practice 6 pack?

i have football for 9 weeks and we run and condition alot do you think i will have sixpack at the end of the season

  1. If u dont wanna suck.. make sure 2 EAT alot after practice 2 not LOSE weight.. thats bad in football

    do crushed. curls and ab machienes in ur gym


  2. Unless you do lifting and work in a fitness room with machines, you will most likely get in alot better shape but you wont have a 6 pack. In Football you will be running around alot and thats about it.

  3. You have to go the extra mile and work out for like 30 minutes at home, do crunches and lift your legs also back to meat your head when you lift up.
