Football tryouts!!!!!!!

im going to 7 th grade and i wanna know what i might be doing in tryouts and how i should condition myself for it

  1. ok well i'm not gonna lie you're short... so ya run at least 2 miles a day not super fast but at a comfortable pace... lift weights no benching yet just dumb bells (15-40)lb... umm and considering your height to weight your probly gonna be playing RB or Wingback so ya just mak sure your fast and don't tire out quickly


  2. to condition yourself jog run jump endurance yourself. Also lift weights to get stronger it will also help with speed. Depending on the coach it may be different expect to to hitting and blocking drills also expect to run a lot. Even though all this is unsure expect the worst and be prepared. Football is a tough sport physically and mentally. But if you work hard and train and if your smart enough to know what to do and when to do it there is no limit to your potential. well good luck :)
