  1. they should eat loads of carbs. AND A REALLY IMPORTANT FACT. after a game or training seconds you must eat some healthy food or carbs within half an hour or the recovery time will be twice as long (i eat 2 bannanas) and before games try having the smae meal at the same time i have 4 wheat bicks and an orange juice.
