Question:

For Arbonne Consultants....

I know it is an independent business opportunity by each person, but I would like some encouragement and involvement from my upline. The woman I just joined under doesn't interact with me at all. I know she is a very busy woman with a family and I consider her a sweet person that I would like to help contribute to. She e-mailed me about a week ago saying how she was going to leave the co. then wrote the next day that she was changing her mind. That's all I've heard from her. Could any consultants give me tips or advice please? I've gone through some of the training online and am really excited about sharing this genuine product! Thank You!

  1. Hi,

I am in the same boat at you.  Many people join Arbonne as a consultant for the discount and never really work the business.  Or sometimes you just get a bad upline.   I would call Arbonne and ask who the RVP is above her and for their contact information.  This person will be someone working the business and successful at it.

My sister sponsored me and the 2 above her  don't work the business.  I had to go up 5 levels to the NVP.   She is great and provided much information.  Also I am now linked into her group with team calls and training.  It is still hard for me because no one is in my state, but I am not going to let it stop me.  It may take me a bit longer but I am in this for life.

If you would like to sideline and work together, I would be thrilled to share ideas and support each other.  Email me if you like.

Absolutely call Arbonne and get in touch with your VP.

    Best wishes,

    Karen

  2. I totally agree with Karen, find out who else is in your upline, the RVP or NVP.  RVP is probably better because their team is not going to be as big as your NVP.  They will be willing to help you and get you going - you are directly on their team also so they have a vested interest in helping you.

Once you get going you have the oportunity to pass up the person who signed you up and then you will no longer be under her anyway.  That's the great thing about this company - if you do better than the person who signed you up you can move right past them.  And from the sound of it you will be doing that soon!

    Good luck!

  3. I would contact the company and ask to be re-assigned to somebody else (they won't do it but it will make you feel better ;-)  It is so unfair for your upline to do that to you.  I have run successful teams for the past 7 years and can't even imagine doing that to somebody.  I am willing to bet that your upline has an upline who is working.  Keep going up because typically somebody on your own team is going to be more willing to work with you than somebody who is not!  TRUST ME ON THAT!!

  4. I know how that is! My up line is always has something else going on and can’t help! I have found a gal that is not my up line but she is just as motivated as I! Where u live do they have monthly meeting that u know of. This for me is great motivation! There are always retreats that are awesome! If you have any questions or need help with anything please just email me!
