For Guitar Hero III Legends

For Guitar Hero III Legends of Rock guitar. Here is my question: We bought this game & guitar at microplay store on July 6th. Since then, our guitar makes a clic clic sound every time we press the black handle. It's bugging us because we cannot here well the music. We waited before writing you because we wanted to try other guitar hero guitar at friends house. They don't do that sound not even the one they have the microplay store neither the one of the salesman. My son is very disappointed and so do I. We paid 112.00$ for this game. When going back to the store the guy gave us your webside to write but that doesn't solve the problem?? The guitar still does that clic clic sound that gets us crazy every time we press on it. We have been told by the salesman that it could be a problem with a spring underneath the black handle. We would like to please receive a new guitar and we would send you this one back or if we can exchange it here at a store close to our home. Please get back to us as soon as possible. My son is very very sad about it. He worked hard to get the money to be able to buy this game he wanted for a long time. Thank you very much in advance.
