  1. If you are eligible to get married in the USA, and you are going to bring your fiance/fiancee here, on a K-1, to get married, it does not matter what your status is in Turkey.

  2. That's between you and the Turkish government. As you are now a U.S. citizen, you gave up your Turkish citizenship. You should not have any further obligations to the Turks.

    You're a U.S. citizen, not a Turkish citizen.

  3. When you're in Turkey, worry about the Turks. When in the US... In reality, the embassy will  process your K-1 for your fiancee whether or not your divorce is registered in Ankara. The embassy only cares that you are properly divorced under US law. Now, maybe you should consider registering your divorce in Turkey at some point as I imagine that you and your fiancee would like to return home from time to time without being hassled by the local authorities.
