For anyone with breast implants?

What was the surgery like before and after? Do they feel real? Was your outcome a positive or a negative one? Did you get sick after the surgery? Is it true that your b***s are very obviously fake? I know nothing about this stuff... reason why is cuz I'm an A-cup at 23 and thinking of going in to get surgery... nothing too dramatic, maybe go up one cup size. Any advice would be much appreciated. I did see a surgeon and had a consultation... I just want to talk to anyone who's actually had the surgery and what their experiences were. Thanks :)

  2. my mother has them.  she had an extremelly small chest before.  she went up to a small C and most poeple didnt even notice she had them done (she was older so she didnt flaunt her cleavage).  but i can tell they are fake.  when girls have very little breast tissue to begin with, implants tend to look more fake.  shen girls have more boob already it softens the look of the implant.

  3. Okay, well I don't have fake b*****s. But my mom got a boob job a couple years ago. She took her full B cup all the way up to a DD!

And everyone who sees her knows there fake. It doesn't look too bad because my mom is very pretty and she naturally has broader shoulders. But yes they are obvious. But since you are only going up one size that should be fine. But what most women do is they say they will go up "only one size" then they get there, see the implants that are only one size larger and decide that they are not big enough. So they end up going 2 or 3 sizes larger thinking that it will look great. But then they see them and realize they went waaay too big and want a reduction. Like my mom who got a DD, she is getting a reduction down to a full C. I would advise that get the boob job because if you are only an A and you feel it will boost your self confidence then do it. Just don't go past a C. You sound like you are somewhat of a small build, so don't get them too big or it will look ridiculous. Also there is obviously no pain before the surgery, but after there will be of course. But they gave my mom Oxycontin and she was feelin goooood lol. So as long as you take the medication and stay in bed and go to the regular checkups, you'll be fine.

  4.   Coming from a guy that has felt both, real b*****s are soft, implants are harder.  Fake b*****s don't look the same either.  Sometimes the implants leak leading to replacement surgery.   You also lose the sensitivity in your nipples, do you think big b*****s look better?  Give them 20 years, then they will sag.  There is nothing wrong with an A cup, be happy with what god gave you and appreciate being a real person.  Someone will love you just the way you are.
