For everyone who Blushes????

Question

i used to blush so much an wear so much make up to cover it....people helped me overcome it so i'm going to share a few tips in hope of helping people who still struggle with it..

: wear less make up i recommend revlon colour stay works good when u blush it just looks natural.

: when it happens tell yourself there is no point blushing there is nothing to be embarrassed about.

nobody cares if you blush or not because everybody has been there

tell yourself you are beautiful no matter what.....i hope this helps some people....

I used to have the same problem. Thank you so much for posting this, i really think that it will help other people like us. I wish i had worked it out as well as you did, i had to go to a shrink for years. I wish You had posted this years ago. Thank you, Thank you on behalf of everyone who will be helped by this.

No, nothing helped.  I am a natural blusher - turn red at any conversation.  I enjoy blushing and people enjoy me being my natural self.  I don't get embarrassed.

tell you the truth blushing could sometimes be a good thing. i mean when i blush everyone likes it because it makes me look like I'm wearing makeup. and they think its cute and pretty and what not :]

my opinion is i think blushing is cute.
