Question:

For pre-workout?

I have to go run with my cross country team tonight. I need to know which one would be better half of a Power bar or a serving of Accelerade? (Acclerade is a sports drink mix made for running)

  1. If it's an hour before the run, I would have the power bar. That way you have time to digest it b4 the run.

    For 1/2 an hour b4 the run, I would have the Accelerade.

    But any closer than that I wouldn't have anything. I recently ran with having eaten too much before hand, and that was NOT fun. lol.
