You are offered a contract to receive three million dollars to fight three fighters of the promoters' choosing in the weight class that you are currently weighing. You would have to take all three fights within a year and least at least three full rounds in order to receive the full three million. For each fight you don't last three rounds, you lose a million. If by any chance, you win you get a bonus of two million per win. Would you accept the contract offer?

Just thought I'd ask something different for this forum.

  2. h**l yeah!!!, but i gotta have video so i can see my opponents tendencies

  3. If I knew I could draw three names who were not ranked in the top 25 in the division, then I'd probably go for it seriously, since I do have boxing experience.

Unfortunately, knowing my luck, the promoters would probably set fights with Joe Calzaghe, Roy Jones Jr., and Antonio Tarver, if I wanted to gain one pound to be considered a light heavyweight. My current weight and division would be easier at super middleweight, but h**l I'm still not trying to fight the likes of Jermain Taylor, Mikkel Kessler or Lucian Bute.

Since, I wouldn't trust who the promoters put me in the ring against, I'd have to say no.

  4. YES YES YES :D

  5. i want reyes gloves, and get someone besides larry merchant to commentate

  6. Yeah just to see if I could.  Although I doubt me or anyone who answered this question would make any money off the deal if they were put up against anyone who is considered a respectable pro.  And no, you couldn't make more money fighting one of them John.  You couldn't even get on the phone with one of their agents.

  7. yeh probably

    help my friend?

  8. no 3 knockdown rule? that moneys easily mine!

  9. YEP! ^_^

  10. OF COURESE MAN !!  LOL

  11. Not at all if they were top contenders i could get paid a lot more than 3 million for fighting just one. Also three top fighters in a year would be difficult to be prepared for. It's not worth risking you're entire career for one quick payday. I would not do it.
