  1. Drink 8 oz of water for every drink you have. Remember that a drink is 12oz beer, 1oz liquor, or 4oz wine. Limit the different types of beer or liquor. Hold it to one kind of beer and one kind of liquor.

  2. The old adage of "beer before liquor........" is complete rubbish if you ask me. It really has to do with what you personally can handle. Try it, if it works for you then right on. I can drink beer and liquor in any combination and it doesn't make me sick. It just depends on your body.

  3. beer before liquor, you've never been sicker

liquor before beer, you're in the clear.

    .. best rhyme ever.

if you drink beer before hard liquour you'll puke A LOT.

if you want to keep your buzz going, drink an energy drink. It's horrible for you hangover-wise but it doesn't make you vomit / get sick.

  4. noooooo whoever told u that had it backwards!! "beer before liquor never been sicker... liquor before beer your in the clear" (and this is definitely true... from my own experience)

  5. beer before liqour, never been sicker!

  6. that rule has never really applied to me because i do both back and fourth.

  7. follow this... and your doing the right thing

beer before liquor and your never sicker

liquor before beer and your in the clear
