  1. Yes, there is. But, before I can give a more specific answer, which password is it that you do not have for what operating system?

    No, I don't know. Their is a bios password. Then depending on your set up, you may have a password check when Grub or Lilo loads to prevent passing insecure boot arguments. Then, your operating system might have a password. That OS might be Windows 95, MS DOS, Debian Linux, FreeBSD, or ReactOS. Need more details.
