Forgotten password help plzz!!!?

Question

I have a motorola razer v3 and i forgot the password that unlocks it , it has no memory card, can some1 plz tell me how to unlock this phone or deleate the password. plzz help!!!

try the last 4 digits of your number, or take it to the carrier you bought it from.. showing the ID and what not of the account holder should be able to work to get the phone unlocked.
