Forum with United Nations employees.?

Please, can you tell me where on the Internet there is a forum where United Nations employees gather to talk about their issues? I am needing to ask them some questions.

I'm unaware of one - but I have often thought of setting up a website to meet the requirement.  I'd suggest putting your question on this site - and maybe someone who can - will answer.

You will have to contact the relevant UN department through the website.

It would be very unhelpful for UN staff to publicly air their views and opinions, remember they are involved in detailed and delicate communications.
