First Republic goes from 1792 to 1799 (ended by Napoleon who created the "Consulat" and then the 1st Empire).

Second Republic goes from 1848 to 1851.

Third Republic goes from 1870 to 1945

Fourth Republic goes from 1945 to 1958

Fith Republic starts in 1958 until nowadays.
