Free Mensa Test Month?

About a year ago on the American Mensa website, there was an announcement that April was "Free Test Month". Does Mensa annually have a time period when testing is free, or was this a one-time offer?

I think it was just a one-time offer, because I read up on the Mensa website and it does not say anything about free Mensa testing month.
