ive used ventones, and myxertones and i never get the ringtones!! wat is a site like these that is completely free and will definantly send me my ringtones

you could try some other sites or better make your own using audacity which you can download for free.  just rip the part of the regular mp3 songs you have.  hope this will work with your phone.
