Freedom of the Seas -vs- Carnival ???

Am I missing something ? Just booked a cruise on "Freedom of the Seas " But I keep reading that Carnival cruises are much better . What's up , I mean Freedom has more things to do and one more stop . So , what am I missing ?

There is no one best cruise for everyone. If the ship goes to all the ports I like and it has at least a 4 star rating I'm good. Most veteran cruisers are not brand loyal. Most people who put down a specific line have never been on that line. The only bad cruise is the one I'm not on. Bon Voyage

You're not missing anything, carnival cruises are far from fun. I've been on carnival and royal caribbean, and royal is a lot more fun and exciting. Carnival doesn't even have half the activities and amenities royal caribbean does.
