Freezer works fine, fridge quit

Question

Freezer works fine, fridge quit cooling. I unplugged it for 10 hours yesterday and left the doors open to thaw it out.I vacummed the coils under the fridge, they were covered in dust. It's a Kenmore, date of manufacture is Dec of 2000. Today the freezer still works fine and the fridge is at 63 degrees.
