In the link I provide, you will find nearly 2,000 firms. Whenever you see a logo, it may  be a brand. Just don't confuse firm names and brand names. Even if you don't understand french, I am sure you will find 50 of them (e.g. on the first page: Bongrain, Maître Prunille). Have a look to their home web page to know about the products.
