okay, i'm doing a french project for school. i have to make a french dessert (i chose the tarte aux pommes, apple tart). the recipe i found says to use 75g of butter and 150g of flour. can anyone tell me what those are in american measurements? also, can anyone tell me what region of France the tarte aux pommes comes from and some information about its origin?
