Fridge - Westinghouse siloueete frost free 415...

Question

Had this upside down fridge about 10 yrs now. Freezer is working well. Lately, vegetable begin to ice-up in the fridge compartment. The temp indicates 4 degree which is the recommended temp. I increase the thermostat to 6 degree but problem is still there. What could be the problem then?
