Fridgidaire with crushed ice problem

Question

Sorry - got called away - back now and still dealing with side by side that makes ice and gives water but doesn't crush ice. You asked if front panel comes off - it does. I also pulled the next panel off and saw wires but stopped because I clearly don't what to do at this point.

Can you continue the vein of questioning and tell me what I'm looking for to fix this? Is it possible for me to fix or should I have an expert at this point?
