Friends deal any advice?

So.. I have a question about friends who take the better deal. So lets say a person is asked by three people to come over to their house on the same day lets say friday. The person hasn't answered any of them. I think the person should feel what the asker would feel if they said no. I mean be in the other persons shoes. What would you do? Chose a friend and let the other two be hurt or not go any where?

you should do what you want to do, what sounds more interesting?  also, why cant the 4 of you hang out?

You could accept the first invitation.  That shouldn't get someone(people can get hurt over anything) so upset.  They'll just have to be the first to set up something with you next time.  Or, you can ask all three over to your house.  

What's rude is waiting until all the invitations come in and then picking one that sounds the best or saying yes to someone and then canceling to do something you feel is more fun.  Friends shouldn't do either, but the accepting then canceling to do something better is a reason not to to be asked back again.
