Front Panel Blocked?

Question

So one day i turn on my TV and i try using the buttons on the tv instead of the control because I'm too lazy to look for it..so yeah and it suddenly says "FRONT PANEL BLOCKED"(aka)

the TV buttons won't function because the front panel is blocked..

It's an Rca TruFlat Tv..Here's a link to the image..

So any ideas on what to do?
