If one was done on a guy, would it hurt him or just feel uncomfortable ?

That would be definite pain.  And depending on the severity a guy could get testicular torision for which you have to go to the doctor otherwise you'll be a t******e short.  Yeah, I wouldn't try it.  We tend to be a bit protective of that area.

Odds are it'd just feel uncomfortable because of the fact that their genitals are external and hanging and pulling up thier underwear would just hoist them up against the material. Hope this helps.

It would hurt. Why do you want to know ? I hope you are not considering doing it to anyone. If you are, i suggest you reconsider. I know if a girl done that to me, i would not be very happy. I hate it when females go for our genitals. The only reason they do it is because they know how much it hurts us. It is the worst possible way to inflict unnecessary pain on a male.
