Ft. Rucker Housing????

Question

Can anyone tell me what the situation is with Bowden Terr. and Allen Heights. which are of the two better to live in? Already been told im getting a 3 bedroom in Bowden Terr. (Brick with car port) not the blue ones. Anyone know what they are like? thanks.

We're getting ready to go there as well. And the housing situation on post depends on your rank. THey are in the process of building new housing but it is only available for JNCO, and CGOs. If you are a SNCO, then you will get an old house that only has about 1100 square feet. If you are one of the other two rank groups, then you may get an older house or you may get a newer on.
