Fuel prices in Northern Cyprus?

Does anyone know the current price of fuel in Northern Cyprus, thinking of hiring a car whilst on holiday in Kyrenia and wondering how much roughly to budget for.

Well, here in the South the price is fast catching up with U.K. prices!!! Hard to believe that just a couple of years ago, it was about 35 cents a litre....less than half that in the U.K....currently around 1.11 euros......so I guess that would be about 90 pence?..........I should imagine its going to be pretty much the same in the north?

Driving is on the left. You can hire a car from about £16 per day. Petrol is about 1/2 the price of the UK. The car hire company will either deliver the car to you at your accommodation or have it at the airport for you. If you take it at the accommodation, they generally throw in a return transfer to the airport for free. This even applies if you fly into Larnaca. A very good deal.
