Why would any person "dread" the full moon?  There are some old superstitions about that, but in the real world there are plenty of REAL things to worry about without holding on to old superstitious beliefs.

I get a bit more hairy and have the urge to go jogging at night... OK, I always want to go jogging at night, when I can't sleep. And I can't sleep when full moon shines.
