What's the funniest name for a hockey team you have ever played for?

In my case it's probably the Cleaners, so named for Al Capone

and the Mafia.

In my school we have a floor hockey league and the guys can pick their own names. Since everyone was Punjabi they chose the name Juicy Burgers from the Pind. I think you seem to know some Punjabi or Hindi so let's see if you know what that means (pind).

I'm not Hindu I'm Sikh and pind means village in Punjabi. So you were on the right track with the meaning.

There was a team in the early NHL called the Portland Rose Buds. Also there was a team in Georgia called the Macon Whoopee. lol
