Question:

Furtive possession of secluded soil patches?

I recently visited a tree ladened area which is remnant bushland. I came up with this ingenious but furtive way of overcoming the problem of very little space to grow a crop I wish to produce. I hunted down a few more or less out of sight patches of soil where I could plant popcorn. The concern I have is that I feel that it might be illegal to do what I'm intending to do. My other concern is that the obviousness of the plants may look like suspicious activity. Is this illegal?

  1. Uh, yes, it may look suspicious. And we both know it's illegal

By the way, are these spots more out of sight or less out of sight from helicopters, airplanes, and satellites?
