Question:

Future Twilight Books?

Hi! I am a HUGE Twilight fan, and I was soo depressed when I finished reading Breaking Dawn because I really didn't want the series to end. I heard a rumor though, that Stephenie Meyer is thinking about writing more books, just in stead of Bella being the story teller, Renesmee would be. Is this true? I really hope so...

Also, sources would be helpful!

  1. Stephenie Meyer is still writing Midnight Sun; Twilight from edwards perspective.

I think that would be amazing.

She said in an MTV interview i think, that if she was going to write from any other characters POV, it would be either Renesmee, or Leah, cause their story hasnt fully been told or isnt finished.

But i wouldnt really care for a story from Leahs pov.

It would be too similar to the previous books..like how she was in love with sam and stuff.

  2. Im pretty sure another one will be published since it has become so popular.

  3. I'm going to start Twilight when I go on vacation on Monday because I heard it was so good.

  4. She said one day she might revisit the Twilight universe. Until then, she'll be busy working on Midnight Sun, Edward's view of Twilight. Being a total Edward fan, I'm so effing excited for that book and I'm sure it will be successful, too.

I can relate with you, I felt so sad and happy at the same time. Sad, because knowing that the Twilight series is over. Happy, because everyone is happy and at peace already. Bella and Edward are destined to be together forever, as long as they both shall live. :) Jacob has moved on, even though it's with Bella and Edward's daughter, but at least his life doesn't revolve around Bella anymore. Jacob needn't suffer anymore.

I am fervently hoping for Stephenie to chronicle Jacob and Renesmee's love story, with Jacob and Renesmee both narrating. That'd be so cool, don't you think? I can't wait! Forever a Twilighter... ü

Stephenie has made such a big impact in my life with her books. I salute you, Meyer! Thank you so much! Ü

  5. i heard that stephenie meyer is working on Midnight Sun, which is Twilight told from Edward's point of view, but it might just be a rumor. however, there is a first chapter of Midnight Sun on stpehenie meyer's website. =) i think u should check it out!

  6. I dont know if it will be renesmee telling the story but i hope so too : ). but you do got something right and it is that she is going to be writing more books but not in bellas p.o.v.

p.s. im a HUGE twilight fan as well ; )

    TEAM EDWARD FOREVER

  7. actually before she does that she is going to be writing from edwards point of view. The book is midnight sun but you probs know about that!

and i read somewhere that she might be writing from either leah or renesmees point of view though i can't locate the source but its not yet decided upon!

  8. Her next book will be from Edward's point of view.

Stephenie has said that she will not be writing from Bella's point of view anymore. Breaking Dawn was the last one. She also said that she's not quite done with the Twilight universe and if she were to write another story -hopefully she will- she has said that she would like to write from Renesmee's or Leah's point of view.

I think all this on http://www.twilightlexicon.com/
