Fx5200 agp card

Hi, I have the nvidia 5200 (128mb) installed in my machine and the video capability seems slow, lots of buffering/hanging etc. No problems when using photoshop for image manipulations etc just when watching dvd, youtube etc.I am running vsta, 2 meg ememory 2.6cpu on an intel boardthanks
