GE Refrigerator model #gss25sgress Water dispenser...

Question

I have a GE Refrigerator model #gss25sgress. The problem I have is that the water doesnt flow to the water dispenser but to the ice maker. I have Isolated the problem to the line in the door going to the Water dispenser. When I push the button to ask for water the water flows to the connector under the door but not to the dispenser. I already forced air with an air compressor through and there isn't any air going through the door to the dispenser. Is there a valve in the door please help.
