GECKO help please!!!? ?

hello i want to get a gecko but what whould be a good first timmer gecko i live in australia western australia what can i have herre and what is a good first timmer gecko and some information about that gecko or a website

First of all id just like to add, you will most likely get lots of suggestions for a leopard gecko. They are ILLEGAL to keep in Australia as they are exotic species, please ignore these suggestions.

If you live in western australia, the best beginners gecko would have to be the k**b tail gecko (nephrurus levis pilbarensis, or nephrurus levis levis). They are very hardy with fairly simple husbandry requirements, and have a cute almost alien like appearance which appeals to many people.
