I know georgia had to switch their offensive line around because of injureis, I watched the game today against southern and they did fairly well with the line. I also saw that owens got hurt on the defense. The thing i am wanting to know is, is the injuries that big of a deal where it will affect their season? I mean when u watch football almost every team has some kind of injury every few games, like i said im just wanting to know if it will me a major thing as far as the whole season goes. Also in ur opionion how long do u think each player will be out? And please use their specific names if u know them. I know this is yahoo answers and alot of people like to make smart comments such as georgia sucks or they are not deserving of number 1 or whatever u know, I just dont want to hear that. I want an answer to my question. So im not being rude i just dont understand why people always answer so rudly, so anyways thanks for ur answers. have a good day.

  1. I think the Left Tackle who got hurt in practice recently will be out for the season.  The Defensive Tackle (Owens) who got hurt today will miss most, if not all the season.  Georgia has great depth, but injuries in certain positions will hurt their chance of winning it all ......and with the schedule they have this season they will probably lose at least 1 or 2.  Injuries against a opponent like GA Southern won't hurt them, it's against the best in the SEC they need to be near full strength to win!

  2. The problem with answering the question, is that injuries in football are taken as a weakness in the other team. Weakness is exploited, so coaches are never honest about the seriousness. They don't want other teams to know. If you don't think so, just look at the odds makers in Las Vegas. They won't post the spread until the injury report comes out in the NFL. College is not much differrent.
