So shes a secretary now, shes super hot, she wears those short skirts to work and she works for a guy lawyer.

She comes over to my house at around 10pm now.

What are the chances that maybe she might be getting boinked by that lawyer dude?

I prefer percentages as in 10% no boink, 90% yes boink.

I can't give you a percentage to be honest.

If her behavior is changing and she seems more distant. Ask her about how her day at work was- ask her specifics. If she is vague or looks away or exhibits any odd behavior, I'd say there is a 40% chance at the boinking.

It would depend on her behavior and if it's changed since she got this job - has she always dressed that way?  How does she act with you?  Is she still making plans and spending time with you or is she blowing you off repeatedly?  There are always chances she's making it with the lawyer or someone she's met through her job, but her behavior with you will tell the tale - not percentages from a bunch of strangers with this little information to go on.
