GTA4 little jacob?

Question

on gta4 do you have to get little jacobs respect or like over a certain amount to get him to drive out to you in a car and sell you guns which one is it? And how much does it have to be over? I heard it was 75% but im not shure please help

um basically u can get his respect by chilling wit him and earn ur ways to about 85 percent or u can do all of his mission then u will be able to unlock that feature
