Galant ticking in the driveway

Question

I have a Mitsubishi Galant and after not being used for about 2 weeks, it doesn't want to start. And now it makes a ticking sound, coming from somewhere in the engine.

I researched online and found something about the hydralic valves, but all of these apply to incidents where the engine is ON. Mine ticks when the engine is OFF. So whats wrong?

Its normal...dont worry. Its your engine cooling down! Nothing is wrong. You would get an engine light if something was wrong!
